Just a note to thank you all for your warm welcome when we called in to see you last week and to say how much we enjoyed our week on the Isle of Wight. As usual everything went like clockwork and of course this is all due to your superb organisational skills which we do appreciate. Already we are looking forward to next years holiday, and we’re sure you’ll “turn up trumps” once again. With many many thanks and our very best wishes.

Dear Gill. After just returning from our first holiday with your company to Weymouth, I can not tell you just how blown away with the service we received right from the outset untill our return. Our driver Rob was absolutely superb right from the start to finish, he kept us informed as to what was happening every step of the way and kept everyone happy. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by happy smiling staff who soon had us all installed in our rooms to everyone satisfaction in no time at all. ( not an easy task ) The only complaint we have is that we all put on about half a stone each due to the first class meals we were given at meal times. The evening entertainment was excellent and everyone was soon up and dancing and singing. I would not hesitate in using your company again and think you provide good honest value for money holidays. I will certainly be contacting you in the very near future with details of the trip in September.

Dear Gill Just like to say thank you to yourself and your staff for a very enjoyable weekend on the 26th ~ 29th October 2012. Nothing but compliments from all of those who came on the trip.

Thanks for another great week end, ( 5th – 7th Oct 12 ) this time in Weymouth , our 12th year with Opal Travel Group. The hotel was clean throughout and all the staff were lovely. Not to forget Gary our driver, who was billiant , and hope we are lucky enough to see him next year.

I am writing on behalf of our club to thank you Bryony for all the help you have gave me relating to our arrangements for our recent ‘ Taste of Christmas’ break at the Afton Hotel in Eastbourne. (22nd ~ 26th October 12 ) All the members really enjoyed the holiday.

I have to say Nikki that it’s always been a pleasure liaising with you, when you deal with many people from all walks of life, professionally or casually, the nice ones always stand out.

Just to let you know that Opal Travel Group has scored full marks once again. I have not had a single complaint, in fact everyone is full of praise. The hotel was very good ,and the food and service was excellent. The coach was extremely comfortable and the driver Peter, made us feel very safe. I look forward to receiving the choices for 2012
