Vast experience in both coaching and tourism. Deals directly with Opal Travel Group coach operators and organises transport arrangements, and also researches resorts. Designs our acclaimed posters!

General Manager.
Has been in the industry for many years and worked for Opal Travel Group since inception and handles customer accounts, as well as general queries. Always on hand to offer help and support to customers and staff alike.
Nikki
Sales Manager.
Nikki has many years industry experience and has worked for Opal Travel Group since 2001. Liases directly with the sales team to promote tours and hotels. She handles all rooming lists and itineraries with skill and patience, and makes all the necessary arrangements with our host hotels.
