Travel Organiser Financial Failure Protection
In compliance with the UK Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulation 1992, Opal Travel Group satisfy the relevant regulations and all monies paid are held on deposit untill after the tour has taken place. These funds are not used for general Company purposes and would therefore be available for a refund and /or your repatriation to the UK in the unlikely event of our failure.
